Passion for diversity
Sixth-grade class meets President and Nancy Reagan; Villa Condulmer, Italy 1987.
Diversity has shaped every stage of Willie Davis’s life and career. He began kindergarten in England, was raised in Italy and several U.S. states, and grew up learning to adapt to new cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking.
That early exposure to different people and places instilled a deep appreciation for unique and diverse viewpoints. Throughout his professional career, Willie has continued to build on that foundation by collaborating with professionals from Macedonia, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, and around the world.
These experiences have taught him that the best ideas emerge when different voices are heard, respected, and brought together to solve real problems—an approach he brings to every client, classroom, and community he serves.
