Passion for diversity

Diversity has shaped every stage of Willie Davis’s life and career. He began kindergarten in England, raised in Italy and several U.S. states, and grew up learning to adapt to new cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking.

That early exposure to different people and places instilled a deep appreciation for unique and diverse viewpoints.

Diversity reinforced a simple belief: the best solutions emerge when different voices and perspectives are heard, respected and brought together to solve real problems.
