Willie Davis

Willie Davis is a public servant, former military officer, and college professor—and the President of The Quality Center LLC, a veteran-owned firm based in Atlanta. Drawing on deep experience in Lean Six Sigma, education, project management, and quality, he brings both passion and practical innovation to the clients and communities he serves. Over the past two decades, he has taught and coached thousands of professionals across government (including the Intelligence Community, IRS, FAA, DHS, GSA, and CDC) and industry throughout the U.S. and Europe.

Service is Willie’s primary driver. His work is centered on building capability, confidence, and momentum so individuals, small businesses, and public-sector teams can solve problems, reduce waste, and better serve the communities that rely on them. Raised in a multicultural environment, his journey—from diverse neighborhoods to military service, and later to the joys and challenges of fatherhood—shaped a lasting belief: community isn’t just important, it’s essential.

Willie is also a proud father of four sons: Cameron (University of North Carolina, Class of 2026), Colin (Columbia, Class of 2025), Jaden (high school, Class of 2027), and Justin (high school, Class of 2029).

Mr. Davis began his career as a Logistics Officer in the United States Air Force and has spent decades teaching and working with government agencies, academic institutions, and private organizations around the world.

From national security and health agencies to innovative companies and local businesses, Willie has coached, taught, and solved problems alongside leaders at every level. Diversity has shaped every stage of Willie Davis’s life and career. He began kindergarten in England, raised in Italy and several U.S. states, and grew up learning to adapt to new cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking.

That early exposure to different people and places instilled a deep appreciation for unique and diverse viewpoints. Throughout his professional career, Willie has continued to build on that foundation by collaborating with professionals from Macedonia, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, and around the world.

These experiences have taught him that the best ideas emerge when different voices are heard, respected, and brought together to solve real problems—an approach he brings to every client, classroom, and community he serves.
