You’ll go deeper into DMAIC and learn how to define strong project charters, map and measure processes, analyze root causes with data, test solutions, and build control plans that sustain gains.

    Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

    Practical, beginner-friendly course that teaches you how to spot waste, reduce defects, and improve everyday processes using the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) toolkit. You’ll learn the fundamentals of DMAIC, how to define problems clearly, measure performance, analyze root causes, and implement simple, sustainable improvements—without needing advanced statistics.

    Short, introductory course that gives you a clear overview of Lean Six Sigma and how it improves quality, speed, and customer experience. You’ll learn the basics of Lean vs. Six Sigma, the DMAIC roadmap, and simple everyday tools for identifying waste and opportunities to improve.
